PULSE!! is a virtual learning program that, through the use of state-of-the-art technology, will present simulations of conditions that include complex combat injuries in the form of a video-game based learning platform, said Claudia Johnston, the university's associate vice president for special projects.
...healthcare professionals will be able to practice diagnosis and treatment of virtual patients before they ever actually treat a real person, eliminating errors that may have fatal results for the patient.
